Prototype 1700
G•O Logic has developed four turnkey package homes that vary in size from 1000 sqft. to 1700 sqft. They’re all made of components mostly manufactured off-site to ensure quality, durability and speed of construction. The homes are variable in size and design to suit each individual’s spatial and financial needs.

The homes are engineered and tested in Maine’s harsh climate to reduce the energy required for space heating by 90% of standard construction.

The development of these designs is done in conjunction with Alan Gibson, of Gibson Design Build, under the umbrella of the design build collaboration, G O Logic llc.
